On the 1st of April Enzo Ishall sarcastically teased us with a suggestion that he was dropping an album. The post drew so much attention. This affirms the Album anticipation held by music fans.”
But why the sudden fuss about albums? Well, it’s all part of the industry game, intertwined with what fans want. It’s a reflection of the industry landscape, intimately tied to the perspectives of consumers – the primary stakeholders.
Today, the music industry moves at breakneck speed. Effectively making good use of the social and digital media can catapult an artist to fame almost overnight. However, not many can sustain the momentum but Enzo Ishall has done it!
The Stallion as he likes to call himself is a recognized talent with national accolades to his name and remains one of the most booked performers in Zimbabwe.
To assert that he can’t create an album maybe misleading. His strategy to release singles has been working magic for him. If it’s not broken why fix it!”

These facts challenge the notion that if a musician has not yet delivered a full-length body of work then they have not yet hit the mark. Enzo Ishall is proving that he has fully understood the business part of entertainment.
We have artists with other 10 Albums but no single hit. At times it is possible to release a great album but fail to put focus, energy and resources on that one great song and people may never discover it thereby throwing away all the hard work.
