Kanter The Janter ignites his international dream with new EP


Simbarashe Ashley Kandawasvika who goes by the name Kanter The Janter started recording in 2009 in Kambuzuma and he has never looked back since and he is basking in the glory of his latest EP.

Driven by a dream to raise the Zimbabweans flag on the international platform and to promote self-reliance through music content and inspire fellow Africans to seek mental, spiritual, physical and financial freedom at the same time promoting our African identity.

As Kanter continues to water his dream and see it to fruition he has just released an Extended Play List [EP] titled Afro Singles Collection. It consists of five awesome tracks with features from rising stars Ishan and McKampton.

The versatile artist glides from Dancehall to Afropop in the superbly produced EP. This is a star to reckon. With Leekay and Jamal on some of the songs the result came out magical.

The EP focuses on what life brings us when we are in love with people around especially a life partner. Self Standing the songs take you through each phase.

Loaded with melody and emotions, the EP reflects on the of ups and downs in life and relationships.

“Everyone has overwhelming mental anguish or grief, especially that caused by loss or disappointment and the condition of being prosperous, of having good fortune. in the project i attempt to explore the connection between. self confidence and human behaviour”, explained Kanter The Janter
