The single drops on Friday the 4th of September alongside the music video on TV, radio and online at the same time.

Siyathandana is the follow up single to the number 1 single Jikizinto taken from Berita’s latest album Songs in the key of Love.

The song Siyathandana by Berita featuring Amanda Black is a big ballad, a true work of heart and soul. With a message of hope and unity the song speaks about a love that weathers the changing season and defies the passage of time.

In the music video Berita and Amanda Black sing together in a well lit empty theatre with a projection in the background projecting home videos collected during the lockdown. The montage of home videos showcases the unbreakable love bond between mother and child, sister to sister, lovers, friends, pets and family. This music video is a moment of reflection for all of us to count our blessings and the biggest blessing of all being love during this pandemic.

Siyathandana debuts at the start of Heritage month as a radio single on Friday the 4th of September 2020 on all major radio stations nationwide. The music video also debuts on the same day online as well as on all key TV stations.
