You can never put Bryan K and Crooger on the same track and get whack results! The two are creative geniuses with great vocal command. Their latest offering bears true testimony to that factor

From doing shows with Burna Boy abroad and putting up amazing performances at home, Bryan K has proven to be one of the most consistent musicians of our time. He has given us beautiful songs like Heavy machine, Ndoitasei, Chimbomirai, Pole pole and ballads like Mai Vevana and Chiuya, to mention a few. Bryan K is influenced by a wide array of music. In a recent interview with MTV Base, he explains how he was influenced by the likes of Bob Marley, Michael Jackson and of course another African legend, Oliver Mtukudzi who he was very close to.

Bryan’s New offering “Tungamirai” features one of Zimbabwe’s dopest rappers, Crooger, who has had a great run this year doing performances in the United Kingdom (UK), South Africa and Australia. In this song, he is asking for guidance, for wisdom to be able to still show love in this world where everyone is trying to take advantage of everyone.
Crooger complements him well as he also talks about issues that people go through every day. Tungamirai means “Take the lead” and with all the things that Africans are going through right now , the hate, the lack of self-pride, we need a higher power to take the lead and show us our way back HOME.
The fusion of the traditional Zimbabwean sound with the Morden pop makes the song an easy listen and brings it closer to home. This is definitely one of the Best records this year.
