A gem of an artist has emerged from the gold city of Kwekwe. Ijahson realname Simbarashe Dzvuke is a 25 year old super talented rising star who has just dropped a 14 track singles collection.
The project was produced by some of Zimbabwe’s top producers Cymplex of Solid Records & Kwekwe’s Dj Fydale. Fydale who is mentoring and managing the chanter is upbeat about his talents and prospects music wise.
The cd was to launched at The Club in Mbizo, Kwekwe and supported by fellow artists Jay C and Silas Muchemwa as guest artists.
The new entry Ijahson roped in seasoned artists on the project such as Lady Squanda on the song titled Unonditenderedza Pfungwa, and another hit promise with Jay C titled Rasta Manyanya. He also collaborated with SA based star Nox on a song titled Usamire and another super talented female chanter Silencer on mukana.
Despite being dominantly Zimdancell, the songs have a cross age appeal and will charm both young and old.
Ijahson is already winning the hearts of promoters and recently he got signed by UK based promotion company Bluehype Entertainment which will assist in securing collaborations and international shows.
Hie handler Dj Fydale is no stranger to unearthing and propelling new talent to success, remember he is the guy whose production with Tockey Vybes, Mhai shot him to stardom and several other artists who today make up the biggest artists in Zimbabwe have passed through the Black Identity soundman cum producer.
